Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene®

ABS is amorphous terpolymer composed of acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene. ABS is produced from suspension, emulsion, and continuous mass polymerization. These materials are extruded and thermoformed on typical processing equipment and exhibit a wide processing window. Typical applications include luggage, truck caps, spas, RV and automotive interior and exterior panels and trim, appliances, refrigerator liners, table tops and leisure crafts.

ABS features include:

• Outstanding formability with great depth of draw and detail • Good machinability
• High and low temperature performance ABS comes in smooth or haircell finish
